Creature Comfort LLC offers professional dog training, dog walking and dog sitting. We are a family business, founded in 2006 by Lisé J. Polard, ABCDT. Creature Comfort LLC is insured and bonded and we have excellent references. Lisé J. Polard, ABCDT
Owner/ Certified Dog Trainer/ Dog Walker
Lisé owns and operates Creature Comfort LLC. Lisé graduated with honors from Animal Behavior College, where she had the privilege of completing an externship with top trainer, Michelle Douglas, CPDT-KA, CDBC. Lisé is a member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers who is dedicated to constantly improving her training skills and knowledge through continuing education. She is particularly interested in positive reinforcement methods and clicker training. Lisé is certified in Pet First Aid by the American Red Cross and she has experience with dogs of all sizes and a variety of breeds (from a 2 lb. Chihuahua puppy to a 260 lb. Old English Mastiff). Lisé is a member of German Shepherd Rescue of New England (GSRNE). She is a German Shepherd Rescue of New England Home Visitor, a member of the GSRNE Western Connecticut Events Team, and a GSRNE foster dog Buddy. Lisé's passion for animals began early in childhood; she started pet sitting for neighbors when she was twelve years old. In high school, Lisé was an active member of Boy Scouts Zoological Explorer Post 80, a volunteer service club based at the Beardsley Zoo. She completed the Trumbull High School Vocational Agriculture Equine Studies program with honors. Lisé studied Equine Management at Teikyo Post University and worked as a horse groom at the Fairfield Country Hunt Club. She lives in Nichols, Trumbull with her senior female German Shepherd Dog, Acacia.

Patricia Rose
Dog Walker/ Dog Sitter
Patricia is Lisé's mother and a life long animal lover; she is especially fond of dogs. She has had the pleasure of sharing her life with a Border Collie, a Husky mix, and a German Shepherd Dog, as well as many small pets including rabbits, gerbils, guinea pigs, mice and fish. Patricia enjoys the time she spends walking and pet sitting for her furry friends of all sizes, whether she is walking an adorable 6 lb. Maltese or two boisterous large Labrador Retrievers. Patricia is certified in Pet First Aid by the American Red Cross. In addition to dog walking, Patricia is available for short term overnight visits.

 

Mary Anne Caragol
Dog Walker/ Pet Sitter
Mary Anne brings a wealth of experience to Creature Comfort LLC. Mary Anne worked as a veterinary technician for over six years and has been pet sitting for 14 years. In addition to dogs and cats, Mary Anne has worked with pot belly pigs, sheep, and goats. Mary Anne believes that pets are family and she welcomes all of her new pet friends into her life. She lives with her husband Mike, along with Murphy, a female Shepherd/ Doberman mix dog, and Critter, a female cat. Mary Anne is the Creature Comfort LLC cat specialist; Mary Anne is related to Lisé's family through marriage.

Lori Cienaiwa
Dog Sitter
Lori has been with Creature Comfort LLC since 2007. She grew up with dogs and loves animals. Lori is a stay at home mom who feels it is a an honor to be a pet caregiver in our clients' homes. She enjoys working with Creature Comfort LLC because of the high quality of nurturing care and companionship we provide to all types of pets. She is available for overnight dog sitting. Lisé considers Lori to be family; they have been friends since they were infants.
